Our birth support provides comfort, reassurance, and hands-on guidance at home or in the hospital. We help you stay calm, informed, and empowered.

Includes:

• One prenatal meeting to discuss birth preferences and plan
• On-call support from 38 weeks until birth
• Continuous labor and birth support
• Hands-on comfort measures (breathing, positioning, massage, rebozo)
• Emotional reassurance and advocacy
• Immediate postpartum support (up to 1-2 hours)
• One postpartum follow-up visit for recovery and newborn care

Our comprehensive birth support provides in-depth care during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

Includes everything in the Essentials Package, plus:

• Two prenatal meetings to develop a birth plan and practice comfort techniques
• Guidance on birth options and decision-making
• Extended postpartum support (up to three hours)
• One in-person postpartum visit for newborn care and lactation support
• One virtual postpartum check-in 
• On-call support from 38 weeks postpartum

Our custom postpartum support packages are designed to fit your unique needs, offering daytime and overnight support to help you feel rested and confident.

Rates are $45/hour with a 4-hour daytime minimum or 8-hour overnight minimum.

Whether you need support during a C-section recovery, or are first-time parents, or families with multiples, or partners returning to work, we provide holistic, hands-on care.

* If you pre-book 50 hours or more of support, you will receive a 5% discount.

First-Week Home(50 Hours)

For parents needing foundational breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support to build confidence in their feeding journey.

Includes:

• One 60-minute in-home or virtual session
• Help with latch, positioning, and feeding techniques
• Guidance on milk supply, pumping, and storage
• Solutions for common challenges like sore nipples or fussiness
• Follow-up text and email support for 48 hours

Perfect for new parents and those needing quick, expert advice.

For families wanting in-depth, ongoing feeding support tailored to their baby’s needs.

Includes:

• Two 60-minute in-home or virtual sessions
• Advanced troubleshooting for low supply, oversupply, or latch issues
• Personalized pumping and bottle-feeding strategies
• Support with weaning, combo feeding, or introducing solids
• Follow-up text, email, and phone support for one week

Ideal for C-section recovery, premature babies, and those facing feeding challenges.

For families looking for foundational newborn care education or a refresher course for experienced parents.

In-person or virtual 

• 1 hour lesson covering either Newborn Care or Postpartum Prep (or a blend of both).

Includes:

• Email, text, and phone support before and after your session for follow-up questions.
• Option to tailor the session as a refresher course for second or third-time parents.

For families looking for in-depth, hands-on education to fully prepare for newborn care and postpartum period.

In-person or virtual 

• 2 hours of lessons covering Newborn Care, Postpartum Wellness, and Sleep Foundations (or a combination tailored to your needs).

Includes:

• Personalized newborn care education (diapering, feeding, soothing, sleep, baby-wearing).
• Postpartum planning and recovery strategies.
• Partner/family involvement in caregiving.
• Email, text, phone support to address follow-up questions

For expectant, intended, and prospective parents seeking a smooth transition into parenthood.

In-person - 4 hours

Includes:

• Organizing and setting up a functional baby space
• Decluttering and optimizing nursery and home essentials
• Creating a postpartum care and recovery station
• Meal planning and household prep
• Guidance on must-have baby items
• Ongoing support via email, text, and phone

For parents seeking hands-on support to create a fully organized, stress-free home before baby arrives.

In-person – 8 hours

Includes:

• Full nursery setup and organization
• Decluttering and optimizing baby essentials
• Creating postpartum recovery stations
• Setting up feeding, diapering, and sleep stations
• Meal planning and easy meal storage solutions
• Household routine strategies for a smooth transition
• Guidance on baby gear and organization hacks
• Ongoing support via email, text, and phone
